RMUTP signed a MOU with Green Carbon Inc. Japan
On September 19, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon signed a cooperation agreement with Green Carbon Inc., Japan. This partnership plays a key role in advancing the university towards becoming a "Green University," raising awareness about environmental issues within the educational institution. The collaboration includes integrating sustainability and carbon management into the university’s curriculum, reflecting a commitment to developing and supporting carbon credit trading in Thailand under the goal of environment preservation and promote sustainability for natural resources, as well as to conduct collaborative research aimed at addressing industrial pollution and advancing towards a low-carbon society.
One of the key projects under this agreement is the research initiative titled "BCG Model to Low-Carbon Industry: A Prototype of Thai Fabric Business Reducing Global Warming," which was submitted to the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). Participating faculty from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the research include:
1. Assistant Professor Arttakarn Sattayapanich, Faculty of Mass Communication Technology
2. Dr. Khwanruethai Boonyasena, Faculty of Business Administration
3. Dr. Kanawut Inkaew, Faculty of Science and Technology
4. Mr. Sakesit Petchinlert, Faculty of Liberal Arts
5. Dr. Thathana Kamonnarakitraksa, Faculty of Architecture and Design
Additionally, the signing ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Anuwat Phothinam, Mr. Anuwat Phothinam, Deputy Director for Operations of the Land Development Department, who served as an honorary witness. This occasion also offers an online workshop titled "Green Agriculture Soil Management: Soil Application Improvement – A Case Study on Carbon Credit in Rice Production" was also held during the event. The workshop was attended by officials from the Land Development Department and arranged at the Department's Science for Land Development Meeting Room, with the session broadcast via ZOOM to Land Development offices across the country.
เมื่อวันที่ 19 กันยายน 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับบริษัท Green Carbon Inc. ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยการลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครให้เป็น Green University หรือมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว อันเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในสถาบันการศึกษา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการพัฒนาหลักสูตรความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการคาร์บอนเข้ากับหลักสูตรของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาและสนับสนุนการค้าคาร์บอนเครดิตในประเทศไทย ภายใต้เป้าหมายในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และการจัดทำความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาและเร่งแก้ไขมลพิษในภาคอุตสาหกรรม รวมทั้งยกระดับการเป็นสังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ
ภายใต้โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง “โมเดล BCG สู่อุตสาหกรรมคาร์บอนต่ำ: ต้นแบบธุรกิจธุรกิจผ้าไทยลดโลกร้อน” (BCG Model to Low-Carbon Industry: A Prototype of Thai Fabric Business Reducing Global Warming) ที่ได้เสนอโครงการแก่สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) โดยมีคณาจารย์จากมทร.พระนครเข้าร่วมการวิจัย ได้แก่
๑. ผศ. อรรถการ สัตยพาณิชย์ อาจารย์คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน
๒. อาจารย์ ดร. ขวัญฤทัย บุญยะเสนา อาจารย์คณะบริหารธุรกิจ
๓. อาจารย์ ดร. คณาวุฒิ อินทร์แก้ว อาจารย์คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
๔. อาจารย์เสกข์สิทธิ์ เพ็ชรชินเลิศ อาจารย์คณะศิลปศาสตร์
๕. อาจารย์ ดร. ธธนา กมลนรากิธรักษา อาจารย์คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์และการออกแบบ
สำหรับพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก นายอนุวัชร โพธินาม รองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาที่ดินด้านปฏิบัติการ ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานกิตติมศักดิ์ ซึ่งภายในงานยังได้มีการจัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการจัดการดินในระบบ Green Agriculture : Soil Application Improvement : กรณีศึกษา Carbon Credit ข้าว” ซึ่งมีข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน เข้าร่วมอบรม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ดิน กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และถ่ายทอดผ่านระบบการประชุมออนไลน์ ZOOM ไปยังสำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินทั่วประเทศอีกด้วย
