On March 18, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) and St. Robert’s International College (SRIC), Philippines. The signing ceremony was presided over by Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP, Dr. Robert F. Galindez, President of SRIC, and Dr. Benjamin Pecayo, President of NwSSU. The signing ceremony took place at the Rabi Badhanasak Building, Office of the President, RMUTP Thewet Campus.
The purpose of this collaboration is to promote academic cooperation, develop joint curricula, and exchange expertise in research. The agreement also includes organizing international academic conferences and facilitating the publication of research findings in relevant academic journals. These initiatives aim to enhance the quality of education and contribute to long-term academic excellence

Galindez, President of SRIC Dr.Benjamin Pecayo, President of NwSSU เพื่อส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการ พัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน แลกเปลี่ยนความเชี่ยวชาญในงานวิจัย การจัดประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ และการตีพิมพ์ผลงานการวิจัยในวารสารทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งจะนำมาสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาในอนาคต ณ ห้องประชุมรพีพัฒน์ สำนักงานอธิการบดี ราชมงคลพระนคร (ศูนย์เทเวศร์)
